The location is nice, close to La Laguna's old town. A very nice place for sightseeing. the neighborhood is quiet. the bed was comfy. the room was newly remodeled and spotless.

Our rooms were spotless and brand-new with a really comfortable bed, everything was perfect. Climate control, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator in the room were useful. Also, location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice, relatively near a performing arts theater.

I always stay at this hotel in La Laguna. I got help from the staff during my first visit. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, luggage storage, flat-screen TV, and express check-in/out. No pets or smoking. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The host was so passionate about his job, it was almost annoying. The room and bathroom were so chic and new, it was like stepping into an Instagram post. Coffee shop and supermarket nearby for those crucial caffeine and snack runs. Definitely coming back!
